Refund policy

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, provided items are in original condition and packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may be for store credit or replacement stock/size.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs and any currency differences. For inquiries, email admin@jmarieeinnovate.co.nz.

We offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us admin@jmarieeinnovate.co.nz so we can resolve the issue.
